For those of you who don't know, January 8th divided my family. My mother, sister, and brother in law all went to the University of Oklahoma while I went to the University of Florida. So the college football national championship pitted us against each other for the first time. My dad has been a loyal follower of both teams due to his family ties. He always said if they met in a bowl, we would go. Little did he know that it would be the National Championship! My dad was very generous and bought tickets for Sarah, Ron and I. It was truly one of the greatest experiences ever. Not just because of the final outcome (Gators won 24-14) but because I got to spend it with my family. I was so glad that it was such an exciting game for you guys to watch... And happy for you that the Gators won (and sad for Mom, Ron and Sarah!).
